Book: New Culinary from Parana
Historical flavours with a contemporary pinch.
Porto a Porto is a major wine & liquors distributor in South Brazil. They wanted to improve their relationship with top restaurants in Parana, so a book was created to revive local traditional dishes and give them an artisan's final touch with a modern twist. Renowned chefs were called for this mission, and a cocktail party was set for its release, bringing gastronomic influencers, journalists and culinary professionals to the table. Part of the books were donated to public libraries to help increasing interest about Parana's cooking traditions and its unique mix of native, Italian, German, Portuguese, Polish and Japanese flavours.

History of Curitiba's Bars & Restaurants
A Book Full of Tasteful Memories.
Porto a Porto is a major wine & liquors distributor in South Brazil. They wanted to improve their relationship with traditional bars and restaurants in Curitiba, capital of Parana. This book was part of a partnership with University of Parana, that included 2 years of research from master students, to revive the history of European families that migrated during the 1800s to Brazil and brought their contribution to the local gastronomy - once dominated by Portuguese troopers and settlers, native South Americans and African dishes; and to pay tribute to the first and the most famous gathering places of the city.
