Work Absenteeism Campaign.
Brasil Telecom was a major player in the country before it merged with a competitor to form the largest South American telecommunications company called Oi. This campaign was part of a pitch that confirmed Monumenta as their BTL agency of record. The challenge: fight absenteeism by convincing employees to take pride of their work. 
Headline: "It doesn't matter how you come. Everybody likes when you arrive". 
Copy: "Your team likes because they know they can count on you. Your family likes because your income and benefits aid at home. And we like because your work makes all the difference. The company grows, your family takes pride of you and your colleagues win with you here. Avoid missing working days. Everyone wins. Everybody likes it."
